At PHCA the co-workers are supportive, hours are flexible, and the companys reputation in community is positive and well known. - Cindy PHCA employee since 2002.
PHCA is a good company to work for due to the management and staff that work within it. Its rare to find a family-like atmosphere, and good communication between team members, on a continuous basis. I find the companies benefits and salaries to be competitive, and up to date with other companies. With PHCA, we are treated as professionals. We are granted the freedom and autonomy to practice as our clinical judgment dictates. I have worked in home health for 20 years for a number of companies. I can, therefore, state that with PHCA I can practice physical Therapy in a patient specific fashion. We have the luxury to work as patient advocates, a role that appears to be endangered in the modern health care industry.- Terry PHCA employee since 2000.
